本次公開徵集以跨界別合作為前提。彩虹邨的重建所面對的不僅是一組建築更新,而是一個將由分期重建安排、日常生活網絡、管理機制與城市級基建共同形塑的未來社區。正因如此,最具說服力且可落地的想法,往往來自跨專業的整合視角,或是對關鍵環節的聚焦補足,從而把概念推進為具體可行的方案。
你的投稿可以以設計、研究、社區、技術或文化為主,也可以採用混合形式。重點不在形式,而在於能否清楚提出論點:哪些應該保留,哪些可以調整,以及如何在減少傷害的前提下完成更新。我們尤其歡迎能協助公眾與決策者更全面理解彩虹邨價值的提案,避免討論落入「完全清拆」或「全面保留」的二元框架。

A: Yes. We respect the wishes of every participant. If you prefer not to disclose your real name, you may indicate a pseudonym (alias) or a team code when submitting your proposal.
Q: What should I do if my idea does not fall into the four categories mentioned above?
A: We highly welcome any innovative ideas that break traditional boundaries. We will provide guidance to help you present your proposal in the most effective way.

Additionally, we will compile outstanding ideas into an "Idea Bank" and submit them to the Housing Department to serve as public reference and community feedback for future planning.
